Couldn’t be Happier
As a new company we have recently completed our first year as ARLA Propertymark members and were required to submit a client accounting report which would normally be completed by an accountant. We used the health check service provided by The Lettings Partnership and couldn’t be happier with the service and cost. They were there to answer all questions, of which we had a fair few(!), and they promptly sent the report to ARLA. Will definitely be using this service again!

We are a small independent Sales and Letting Agent based near Manchester. We use the Letting Partnership for our annual Propertymark HealthCheck. The process is very straightforward and the staff at the Letting Partnership are very helpful and efficient and the whole process takes less than two weeks and enables us to effectively meet the Propertymark requirements.
We have used the Letting Partnership for years now, previously we used a chartered accountants who charged more than twice as much and took longer to provide the report which we then had to send to Propertymark. The Letting Partnership automatically send the report to Propertymark saving us precious time.
To sum up the Letting Partnership provide an excellent service at a very competitive price and I would have no hesitation in recommending them for your HealthCheck.

We will definitely be using The Letting Partnership for our HealthCheck, rather than arranging an Accountant’s Report, in future. It was much less time consuming to complete and very cost effective.
Quick and Efficient
Having had to have accountants reports for a number of years, which took up a lot of time and was quite expensive, this option is much more straightforward and also makes a cost saving.

Great Service and Cost Effective
We found The letting Partnership process extremely easy and quick to use. We required an accountancy report which would usually cost £1000’s however The Letting Partnership provided an account health check which saved us massively on costs, and still provided the same result. We would highly recommend as an alternative option for any Lettings business, and will keep using them in the future.

PH4L can definitely recommend using the online Letting Partnership Health check.
The application itself was straightforward and took just 45 mins as predicted by The Letting partnership, as by completing the Checklist provided prior to completing the online application meant everything was to hand. There were a few audit trail questions to respond to once the application had been submitted but the entire process was painless and easy to use. The savings of over £1,000.00 by completing this ourselves, were a huge bonus for PH4L which is a small social enterprise.
A lot easier for a new start up company
As a new start up company I used the Lettings Partnership to assist in running the health check for our bank account to gain clearance for PropertyMark membership – a lot easier than getting accountants to respond.

Value for money lettings focused Account Audits
The accounts review was an excellent bespoke service which caters for letting firms account assessment and is great value for money when compared to Chartered Accountants when having audited accounts for CMP.
The staff were very friendly and communication was good.
