The TDS Agent Review has been designed to evaluate the processes and procedures employed by letting agents in respect of the handling and protection of their tenant deposits
COMPLETING THE TDS AGENT REVIEW

- Complete the online Questionnaire and attach supporting documents
- Make online payment
- Information provided is analysed and evaluated by us
- Your completed Agent Review Report is sent out to you and the TDS by email
Completing the online questionnaire should take about 45 minutes and has no ‘Save & Return’ option.
COST & PAYMENT
The cost of the TDS Agent Review is £144.00 (including VAT).
