PROCESS
- Download Checklist so you may gather the information & documents required in advance
- Complete the online questionnaire and submit together with your supporting documents
- Make payment
- HealthCheck Report emailed out to you within 10 days of submission
- Copy of HealthCheck Report emailed to Propertymark
COST & PAYMENT
The cost of the HealthCheck is just £162.00 (£135 + VAT). Pay by card online once you have submited the questionnaire.
